A customer-oriented service representative will act as a liaison between our practices and our patients to efficiently and accurately schedule patient appointments and resolve any emerging problems that our patients might face.

Call Center Objective: To serve Rock Dental Brands clinics by scheduling as many patients as possible and providing required information while maintaining a positive patient experience.

Job Duties

  • Answers incoming calls relating to, new patient consultations, assisting in triaging emergency calls, accepting payments and representing our clinics and providers in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.

  • Maintain exceptional call quality and quantity standards

  • Schedule patient appointments

  • Determines what inquiries are to be forwarded and/or transferred for more detailed research and assistance.

  • Works routine claims in non-technical mailboxes as assigned.

  • Outbound calling to assist clinics with scheduling

  • Attend and contribute to team huddles and team meetings

  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Professional, outgoing, friendly demeanor

  • High school diploma or the equivalent

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
