Position Summary

The Sr. Analyst, Specialty Revenue Cycle will report to the Manager, Accounts Receiva Specialty. 

What you will do

  • Build data pipelines and workflows to ingest and transform data as well as automate processes using Alteryx, Nintex and the Power Platform.
  • Design data models for business intelligence reporting.
  • Evaluate and build metrics to understand process bottlenecks, productivity of activities and revenue.
  • Partner with the Specialty Revenue Cycle business leadership teams to gather and define requirements.
  • Utilize available tools to design, implement and maintain solutions, ensuring data quality and addressing any process deficiencies.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant business experience
  • 2 years of experience in generating, managing, and automating a high volume of workflows, reports and visualizations using tools like Alteryx, SQL, Nintex, Tableau, the Power Platform or similar.
  • 2 years in data analysis, capable of handling complex data requests across various departments.
  • Must live within a 1-hour commute from the Monroeville, PA office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in generating, managing, and automating a high volume of workflows, reports and visualizations using tools like Alteryx, SQL, Nintex, Tableau, the Power Platform or similar.
  • 3 years in data analysis, capable of handling complex data requests across various departments.
  • 4 years of relevant business experience, including experience working with revenue cycle applications and healthcare finance and accounting principles.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across business lines to work towards enterprise goals and objectives.
  • 2 years of experience in identifying and resolving technical issues, particularly in analytics tools and IT systems environments.
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage and execute ad-hoc requests and projects, showcasing strong organizational skills, extreme accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • 2 years of experience in maintaining detailed documentation of processes and queries, essential for knowledge preservation and training.
  • Advanced SharePoint/Office 365 experience, including experience creating SharePoint workflows.
  • Ability to work independently as well as the ability to work in teams and coordinate work efforts.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Exceptional verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate work and process flow to ensure optimal efficiencies.
  • Secondary Information Technology Education from a Technical School, College or University preferred

Education

  • High School Diploma/GED required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
