Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement network and system integration projects including requirements gathering, documentation, vendor engagement and installation and testing
  • Provide support services to GIS customers for specific IT service or set of services.
  • Adhere to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction.  
  • Carry out recommended updates to the service lifecycle including patching, point releases and major upgrades.  
  • Configure Network equipment and execute changes while following standard operating procedures and change/release management policies.
  • Draft technical and end-user documentation for specific IT service or set of services.
  • Monitor specific IT service or set of services for availability and performance and reports anomalies through predefined process.
  • Support root cause analysis of Network outages or incident trends
  • Provide onsite support for network project implementations, LAN/WAN link connectivity, turn-ups, testing

Qualifications:

  • Education:  Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, preferably Computer Engineering/Science/Networks and Communications
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • 2+ years of experience configuring and deploying Cisco/Aruba LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/SDWAN/Cloud, Routing/Switching, Location services, Private Cellular/5G
  • Experience with Next-Gen firewalls
  • Working knowledge of network requirements for smart office technologies such as Asset tracking, Location/Wayfinding services, Occupancy sensors
  • Languages: English
  • Certifications : CCNA/CCNP, Network+ or any network specialty certification from Aruba/Arista highly desired
  • Comfortable lifting/installing/connecting network equipment such as routers, switches, access points and running & connecting copper and fiberoptic network cables
  • Microsoft office suite :  Excel, Visio, PowerPoint for creating and presenting documentation and diagrams

U.S. Salary Range:

$72,000.00 - $99,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
