The opportunity is to drive the delivery of strategic projects, contributing significantly to our mission by analyzing data, conducting industry research, and providing actionable recommendations to leadership. This role will enhance your strategic thinking and analytical skills while positioning you to influence key decision-makers and drive impactful initiatives. You will gain experience managing complex projects and leading change within a large multinational corporation.
Position Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Delivery: Support and manage the delivery of strategic projects from start to finish, identifying structural problems and presenting findings.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and competitive activity, analyze emerging trends, and synthesize recommendations.
Decision Support: Communicate findings to stakeholders, identify trade-offs, and support decision-making processes.
Initiative Management: Develop and manage integrated plans, lead reviews and budget planning, and monitor issues and risks.
Reporting and Leadership: Provide objective progress reporting, serve as a thought leader, and act as a change agent.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of combined education and experience in a strategy function within a multinational corporation.
Advanced degree in business or equivalent.
Prior experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or similar strategy roles.
Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in quantitative and financial analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within a financial institution.
Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and implement recommendations.
High level of conceptual skills and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in diverse environments and cultures.

Salary range is expected to be between
$84,375.00 CAD - $151,875.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact [email protected] for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
