2nd & 3rd shift premium of $1.00 per hour.

Shift Overview
This position is currently available for 2nd and 3rd shift.
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 3PM to 11PM with paid lunch, voluntary overtime before or after shift.
3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday 11PM to 7AM with paid lunch, voluntary overtime before or after shift.
Essential Functions
Able to work on sophisticated plant machinery and equipment.
Acts independently performing diagnostic analyses and troubleshooting to resolve machinery and equipment malfunctions.
Knowledgeable in electrical and electronic systems. Able to conduct circuit board diagnostics troubleshooting to install, adjust and debug components to resolve machinery.
Performs complex wiring functions where high voltages and high amperages are present.
Comprehensive knowledge of CNC controls and ability to perform major equipment updates and rebuilds.
Excellent schematic reading, electrical, mechanical and analytical skills.
Understands and applies applicable electrical codes.
Every employee is expected to:
Complete all required paperwork including labor reporting.
Work safely and maintain the work area with high standards of housekeeping.
Perform self-inspection and other required quality control functions at the employee's work station.
Train and/or assist in the development of personnel.
Perform required Preventive Maintenance activities on machinery and/or equipment operated.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervision.
Required Qualifications
Previous mechanical maintenance experience.
Knowledgeable on multiple machinery and equipment types with capabilities to service and repair.
Works independently with minimal supervisory direction.
Effectively communicates to instruct others.
Lifting requirements:
Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Lifting devices are available and recommended.
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent OR five (5) to seven (7) years mechanical maintenance experience.
Above average mechanical and analytical skills and ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
