• Planning and executing mechanical designs using CAD tools, like CREO, performing computer simulations, experimenting to virtually test and refine the designs.
• Design for excellence practices (DFA, DFM, FMEA, etc.), prepare reports and related documents in accordance with internal and external requirements.
• Oversee the development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing, documenting the design process, iteration, and test analytics.
• Support manufacturing, quality and supply chain organizations with technical expertise to ensure that technical requirements are fulfilled.
