LeafGuard is a leader in the Home Improvement industry with the only one piece seamless covered guttered system. We are looking to hire a High Volume Recruiter to support our LeafGuard branches. You will play an essential role, overseeing our recruiting & marketing efforts ensuring our staffing needs are successfully met.

Salary $40k-$50k

Responsibilities

  • You will funnel all candidates through our ATS.
  • As a recruiter you are required to network with local agencies and community outreach to build pipeline of candidate.
  • Must be able to come up with creative and unique ways to attract talent.
  • You will perform video interviews and phone screens.
  • Must be able to make on the spot hiring decisions and follow our high-volume rapid hire process.
  • You will use approved job boards, recruiting platforms, and social media outlets to attract quality candidates and drive traffic to our site.
  • Communicating with management teams about their hiring needs and recommending most qualified candidates.
  • Identify marketing strategies relevant to your assigned market.
  • Strong understanding of all branch employee job descriptions (sales, production staff, etc.) and the ability to communicate them with potential candidates.
  • Heavy tech skill and proficient in excel and power point.

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years High volume recruiting and work in a fast pace environment.
  • Must be results driven and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with multiple ATS and job boards iCIMS preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Excel, Microsoft, Word, and sourcing platforms.
  • Very strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
