<title>About the role</title>

As the Team Lead, Grocery & Retail, you will own the Stores business in Ukraine— from defining strategy to driving daily execution and performance. Reporting to the Country Manager (directly) and the Regional Grocery & Retail Manager (functionally), you’ll be responsible for scaling the vertical to contribute with a strong double digit share of Bolt Food GMV at a positive margin.

This role blends strategic vision, commercial leadership, and operational excellence — you’ll lead a small team, manage the P&L, and work cross-functionally to ensure Bolt becomes the preferred partner for both customers and retailers.

• <point>Defining and owning the country strategy for Bolt’s Grocery & Retail vertical, from long-term vision to short-term growth plans.</point>
• <point>Leading and developing a local team across Sales, Account Management, and Operations, fostering high performance and ownership.</point>
• <point>Owning the country P&L — ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and strong unit economics.</point>
• <point>Building and expanding strategic partnerships with leading grocery, retail, and specialty chains.</point>
• <point>Driving commercial excellence by securing, launching, and growing Most Wanted Brand (MWB) partners across categories.</point>
• <point>Collaborating with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product to improve selection, visibility, and customer experience.</point>
• <point>Creating and implementing execution playbooks to accelerate onboarding, improve quality, and scale new categories.</point>
• <point>Representing the Stores vertical in local leadership forums and influencing central teams to prioritize key local needs.</point>
• <point>Analyzing performance data to identify growth levers, optimize partner ROI, and strengthen profitability.</point>
• <point>Personally leading high-impact negotiations and unblocking local challenges as they arise.</point>
