Purpose of this position

  • Support the Regional Sales Manager to drive Vison sales within a specific region for profitable growth as per the assigned targets

Primary duties and responsibilities :

  • Will be responsible for sales and collection for assigned customers in territory

  • Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers

  • Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales.

  • Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel

  • Education – Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA

  • Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Consumer products industry

  • Strong channel & distribution management skills

  • The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities.

  • Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist.

  • Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.

  • Self-motivated person with proven planning and analytical abilities.

  • Sensitive and prompt in responding to customer needs and sensitive to market challenges
