Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in SAP roll-out project and support necessary new requirements developments which involves goods receipt, warehousing, customer delivery and production replenishment.

- Work closely with users and process delegates, understand their requirements to ensure the process is system-supported, and translate them into feasible technical solutions which fits the business needs as well as the overall IT strategy.

- Configure and customize the SAP system about R/3 WM module to meet business requirements.

- Provide expertise in integrating SAP with other third-party systems (WMS), ensuring smooth data exchange and process efficiency.

- Analyze and process communicate message (idoc, xml etc.) when resolving related issues to ensure data’s consistency and accuracy.

- Work with other cross-module team, such as, PP, MM, SD, CPI team, EDI team and outside supplier when needed.

- Perform Simple Debug and troubleshoot SAP ABAP code issues to provide solutions.

- Dealing with the SAP IT S-mobile and Bosch APLE Scan solution relevant business and technical issue.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, training materials.

- Training and handover to support team after project or function go-live.

- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, managing project timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge of SAP R/3 warehouse management master data, processes and solutions in logistics execution.

-Good business requirement analysis ability to transform the essence into abstract business models, as well as into logical and  technical views.

- Profession in creating detailed IT solution documentation, including functional specifications, and training materials.

- Experience in integrating SAP with other SAP and Non-SAP system, including technical solutions.

- Expertise in RF, Scanning, output in system and physical warehouse process.

- Expertise in handling SAP interfaces,  such as IDOC, BAPI, O data, and CPI interface with CPI consultant.

- General understanding of mobile industry end-to-end supply chain and capability in mapping in SAP related modules.

- Proficiency in debugging SAP systems to some extent, working with function modules, and resolving technical issues.

- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts, technologies, and business processes.

- Initiative and sense of responsibility in the work.
