Business Development Manager - ISP (Turkey)
Role description
•The ISP Business Development Manager’s role is to build successful, long-term relationships with Internet Service Providers (ISP’s) in Turkey. Developing plans to expand the customer base and delivering assigned sales target and business growth.
Responsibilities
•Identify new business opportunities for growth in new ISP accounts.
•Identify potential customers and the decision-makers within the ISP customer organization.
•Budgeting and forecasting for future revenue growth within the ISP business unit.
•Demonstrate an ability to build and/or establish strong relationships with key executives, decision makers and influencers at each ISP
•Meet or exceed sales and profit goals established by your management
•Develop and execute business plans with the ISP’s
•Formulate sales plans for current and prospective accounts and conduct prospecting activities.
•Share with Product Management Department ISP Account specific customization requirements.
•Conduct product and firmware tests with ISP’s and seek their approval.
•Develop and implement tactical and strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
•Responsible for RfI & RfP technical and commercial proposals
•Provide Purchasing Department with product consolidated forecasts/sales trends by ISP account.
•Work with Marketing team to develop marketing plan for key accounts.
•Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
Education and Experience
•Degree level education (bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Technology is highly desirable), or equivalent work experience.
•10 years plus experience in business development / solution selling / working in ICT / Telecommunications industries.
•Profit and Loss and General Management responsibility for one or more countries.
•Strong understanding of Consumer WiFi technology and the ability to engage with technical staff at the ISP’s
•Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
•Developments in technology, a working knowledge of the market sector and the marketing mix.
•Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
