We are always seeking Project Management Talent at all the mid-career to executive levels for our Charlotte, North Carolina offices.  Specifically, we are looking for professionals who have managed large-scale commercial projects, preferably in stadium or live event/entertainment development. 

Some of the key qualifications we look for in Project talent are the following:

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders including owners, municipalities, vendors, etc

• Mastery of construction budgeting and scheduling 

• Client services skills, specifically in both written and verbal communication

• Skilled at cost control and negotiation

• Ability to forecast and troubleshoot problems as they arise

• Demonstrated success in managing projects on time and on budget.

• Large-scale commercial development experience is a must
