About the business:  LexisNexis® Payment Solutions provides customers with payment processing that combines technology, security, compliance, and usability into multiple solutions available to meet customers’ unique needs.  We offer solutions that integrate with a customer’s back-office system, stand-alone payment processing, a site to help customers manage their payments, and applications for internal staffing to support our customers.  The solutions range from an IVR system, Point-of-Sale devices, Kiosks, Web payments, and a call center.  If you are looking for a variety of projects, this job is for you. 

 

 About the role: This role provides support to the Project Management team and is directly responsible for the delivery of assigned projects within acceptable time frames, cost, scope, and quality standards. The Project Manager will manage all phases of the project through the Product Development process and SDLC. This position exists to project-manage cross-functional teams by working closely with all aspects of the product development community: Market Vertical, Product Manager, Engineering, Testing, Legal, and more. This will require working with top Engineering resources utilizing our industry-leading technology.

 

About the team: This team of dedicated Technical Product Managers are responsible for the End-to-End delivery of medium sized projects.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing all phases of technical projects through the Product Development process.•
  • Creating and update project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, and task lists.
  • Creating dashboards and reports for stakeholder meetings and review. Effectively follow-up with stakeholders to ensure completion of project tasks.  Creating and presenting executive summaries.
  • Working closely with the product team to ensure that we are working towards company objectives. Assisting with customer implementation projects.
  • Juggling multiple projects at the same time.  Defining key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track progress.
  • Negotiating with Engineering Resource Managers for project resources.
  • Performing data analysis relevant to project tasks. • Maintain compliance with corporate and public regulations.
  • Requesting resource demand and review resource allocation for projects. Scheduling and facilitate project review meetings for the purpose of updating status.
  • Maintaining ownership of and accountability for the project schedule. Effectively communicate project status — including schedule variances and mitigation options. • Escalating complex issues and decisions to senior-level PMO colleagues.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have an extensive understanding and utilization of RAID Logs.
  • Possess current  IT PMO experience.
  • Have a Project Governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.)
  • Possess a proven  current Technical Project Management skill set.
  • Have the understanding of corporate/public regulations.
  • Posses Data analysis skills.
  • Experience using your  stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Experience using Project Management Tools (SmartSheet and Jira.
