Job Summary
• This role is responsible for leading partner onboarding, analyzing market requirements for partner offerings, nurturing strategic relationships with key partners, and executing customer acquisition strategies through partner channels. The role also involves providing training and sales support, creating and executing marketing programs with partners and overseeing monitoring of partner marketing performance. The role develops closed loop analysis, stays updated on industry trends, and leads moderate to high complexity projects.
Responsibilities
• Leads onboarding process for new partners and participates in maintaining existing partnerships.
• Analyzes market requirements and translates into current offering to/with/through partners and collaborates with partner sales and account team to generate market demand.
• Participates in development and nurturing of strategic relationships with key partners, including business, technology, and channel partners.
• Provides training and sales support and helps in development and delivery of sales education program for channel and partner sales forces.
• Creates and executes marketing programs and solutions with partners, driving demand and incremental revenue for organization’s offerings.
• Participates in development and leads execution of strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding existing business through partner channels.
• Oversees the monitoring and reporting of partner marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Develops closed-loop post-analysis and competitive intelligence for assigned partner programs and recommends indicated actions.
• Stays updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics relevant to partner marketing.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, partner, sales, industry, channel , or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
