Job Description:

通过电商平台的运营，市场活动的执行以及Social CRM的管理和优化，通过数据分析以及各部门间沟通协作，优化市场部各渠道leads的增长和转化。

岗位职责

• 协助管理和维护电商平台优化运营，产品上架，价格更新，库存管理，增长活动等；配合完成客户订单的日常跟进处理。以及第三方电商平台的管理和合作，推动电商销量的增长。
• 根据公司市场推广策略，通过与行业媒体和各部门的合作，协助完成市场推广活动的策划，内容支持和优化调整，提高leads的数量和质量。
• 与部门内部紧密合作，对市场部各渠道leads进行有效管理跟进，包括社交媒体，直播，行业会议，campaign等，并通过结果分析提出优化方案。
• 协助管理和优化Social CRM运营，丰富和细化潜客标签库和Scoring机制，协助完成leads nurturing campaign，social campaign等的策划和落地，并通过复盘和分析动态优化运营策略。
• 学习使用各类数字营销平台，包括GA,Marketo,CMS,SCRM等。协助完成数据分析和总结，挖掘市场机会，进一步优化市场推广。

岗位要求：

• 市场传播、市场营销、新闻传播、电子商务或计算机科学等专业毕业
• 有市场相关经验，有计算机背景和SCRM运营经验者优先
• 出色的数字分析、沟通能力和问题解决能力
• 良好的中英文口语和书写能力，能与不同国际和地区的同事协同合作
• 具有较强的责任心,敢于接受挑战
