KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Handles multiple incoming call types based on training and business needs. • Respond to general non-phone tasks including email, postal mail, and faxes. • Partners with co-workers and supervisors to resolve any customer issues • Uses 10-15 computer systems/applications to enter orders, maintenance orders, process credits, estimate ETS dates, and provide general information about La-Z-Boy product. Systems include but are not limited to E1, RMS, Service Now, SOM etc. • Assists difficult customers and helps develops a solution. • Escalates problems or decisions to appropriate team members based on established guidelines and procedures when necessary • Initiates outbound communication (e.g., phone, email) to keep the customer informed of status and expectations • Acts as external Account Executive office when external staff is on vacation • ETS inquiries, order entry, order maintenance, general product information inquiries, production order kickouts, billing only invoicing SCOPE & IMPACT: Meets or exceeds performance expectations including call handling, email responses, quality, dependability and schedule adherence. Ability to impact department financial performance based on offering of discounts and recommendations on return good authorizations. Sales Operations is responsible for assisting ~ 3500 dealer locations, including wholesale and Retail, and 100 Sales Account Executives. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or GED with 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent • Solid written and oral communications skills • Microsoft Office Suite, PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: • Experience using standard La-Z-Boy customer support systems. SOM, E1, RMS, ASAP, SharePoint SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office environment / no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.
