Job Description

The David B. O’Maley College of Business at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Daytona Beach Campus) invites applications for a social media or digital marketing tenure-track Assistant professor.

Qualifications

The candidate is expected to possess a doctoral degree in Marketing from an accredited institution (e.g., AACSB). Previous professional experience in the industry and interest in Marketing Communications or Creative Context is also a plus. Candidates with prior background and/or research experience in the aviation and aerospace industry are strongly encouraged to apply.

The candidate should have strong research potential as well as a commitment to excellence in teaching. The candidate is expected to teach at both the undergraduate and graduate levels as well as possess the potential to supervise the research work of doctoral students in the College. College committee membership and service to the University are also required.

The starting date for this position is Spring 2025 (Fall 2024 also possible). To be considered, candidates must submit a cover letter, copy of their current Curriculum Vitae, sample publications, and contact information of three references when applying to the vacancy.
