We are looking for a high performing Senior Finance Analyst to join the Group Supply Chain Finance team on a permanent basis to support managing the financial operations, reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes of the global Supply Chain organization.

You will have exposure to the Global Supply Chain leadership team and parts of the organization across the globe, build a solid base of contacts and experiences for career development. The Supply Chain Finance team is looking for a collaborative, positive and energetic individual, who is keen to learn and make career progress.
What you will be responsible for:
Month-End Reporting: Own the preparation of month-end review packs, ensuring all financial data is accurately compiled and presented.
Cost and KPI Management: Work closely with site operations and regional finance teams to effectively manage costs and key performance indicator (KPI) performance.
Management Reporting & Analysis: Provide timely and accurate standard and ad-hoc information for management reporting, generating insightful business analysis to support decision-making.
Financial Planning Support: Support the quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting process, and mid-term planning.
Business Partnering: Act as a business partner for assigned areas, including engineering projects, CAPEX, and other relevant initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of reports, data, and management information generated by the Supply Chain finance team.
Dashboard Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of a dashboard system tailored to cover Supply Chain's specific data and reporting needs.
About you:
Part-Qualified Accountancy Qualification: Actively studying towards or holding a part-qualification from a recognized accounting body (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Strong Analytical Acumen: Possesses excellent analytical skills with a genuine passion for financial metrics and figures. Demonstrates the ability to delve into granular details while simultaneously understanding the broader financial context and strategic implications.
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Committed to delivering highly accurate work with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
Resilience in a Dynamic Environment: Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing and prioritizing conflicting demands to meet deadlines.
Advanced Excel Proficiency: A confident and advanced user of Microsoft Excel, comfortable with complex formulas, data manipulation, and financial modeling.
Proactive Learner: Exhibits strong curiosity and a proactive approach to personal and professional development, with a clear desire for continuous learning and career advancement.
Financial Systems Exposure (Nice to Have): Experience with financial consolidation systems such as Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or similar platforms.
Business Intelligence Tools (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in finance, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for data analysis and reporting.

The gross monthly salary for this role is between 3 500 and 4 500 EUR gross, with the final offer reflecting your qualifications and experience.
