Job Title: Senior Analyst, Strategy and Operations
Location: HCMC
Reports to: Manager, Strategy and Operations
Department: Product Supply
Employment Type: Full-Time
About your role:
This role provides advanced analytical and operational leadership to strengthen execution discipline, data accuracy, and operational governance across the multi-Branded Footwear & Equipment Product Development organization. The Senior Analyst owns defined analytical and operational workstreams end-to-end, independently governs complex data and reporting environments, and anticipates execution risks before they impact delivery. Acting as a key partner to the Governance & Operations team, Product Development teams, and platform partners, the role influences ways of working, ensures decision-ready insights, and drives continuous improvement across Product Development operations.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited):
KPI Reporting & Advanced Data Analysis
Owns the design, preparation, and governance of Product Development KPI reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools. Interprets trends, diagnoses systemic risks, and translates analysis into clear, decision-ready insights and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional partners. Challenges incomplete or inaccurate inputs to protect data integrity.
Operational Data & System Ownership
Serves as point owner for operational data integrity across Product Development systems (PO, PR, milestones, ECN). Defines validation standards, resolves complex data issues within mandate, and escalates only non-routine exceptions. Proactively ensures data readiness for decision-making, audits, and governance checkpoints.
Process & Governance Enablement
Interprets, reinforces, and improves governance practices. Identifies recurring execution issues, partners with Managers and Specialists to define corrective actions, and leads targeted process improvement initiatives to strengthen predictability and execution discipline.
Stakeholder Partnership & Coaching
Acts as a trusted operational partner to Product Development teams and platform stakeholders. Provides guidance on data interpretation, governance expectations, and execution best practices. Informally mentors Analysts by reviewing outputs, sharing expertise, and acting as a quality gate without people management accountability.
What we will be looking for in you:
Demonstrated ability to own complex analytical and operational workstreams with minimal supervision.
Strong business judgment and ability to balance data accuracy, speed, and stakeholder needs.
Proven capability to identify root causes and drive practical solutions in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
Confidence influencing without authority and operating as a trusted partner to stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in analytical or operational roles, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end reporting, system governance, or continuous improvement initiatives in complex environments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PLM or ERP systems preferred.
Fluent in English (written and verbal); Mandarin fluency is a valuable plus.
