As a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTU and a key innovation driver under NTU I&E, NTUitive oversees the cultivation of startups and spin-offs, as well as the related investments. We are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager at NTUitive to support the execution and operational management of a high-profile deep tech commercialization programme. This role focuses on programme delivery excellence, stakeholder coordination, and founder experience management, working closely with senior leadership responsible for ecosystem strategy and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Programme Operations & Delivery

• Support the development and execution of detailed operational plans aligned with overall programme strategy.

• Manage day-to-day programme operations, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and deliverables.

• Coordinate scheduling of learning modules, mentor sessions, industry visits, and milestone reviews.

• Serve as primary point of contact for fellows, instructors, and programme partners on operational matters.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and administrative processing for selected fellows.

2. Stakeholder Coordination & Community Support

• Execute outreach activities (e.g. roadshows, webinars, ecosystem events) as part of broader engagement strategies defined by programme leadership.

• Liaise with AUs, research institutes and internal stakeholders to support recruitment of founders and research teams.

• Organize networking events and community sessions to facilitate team formation and mentor matching.

• Maintain updated records of mentors, advisors and instructors to support programme delivery.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain programme databases and dashboards for tracking participation, progress and venture outcomes.

• Prepare periodic operational reports for internal management and funding agencies.

• Collect structured feedback from participants and partners to inform programme improvements.

• Track post-programme outcomes (e.g. pilots, partnerships, fundraising) and complete performance summaries.

4. Communication & Administrative Support

• Collaborate with communications teams to gather content and draft programme updates and success stories.

• Ensure documentation compliance for grant reporting and funding requirements.

• Support cross-functional initiatives within NTU I&E as required.

What You Bring Must-Have Qualifications:

• Degree holder with relevant experience in program management, innovation ecosystems, R&D environments, entrepreneurship, or stakeholder engagement.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced settings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders—from scientists to industry leaders to international partners.

• Comfortable with administrative processes, project tracking, and developing structured reports.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in deep tech, research commercialization, venture building, or startup acceleration.

• Familiarity with the Singapore innovation ecosystem.

• Prior exposure to managing educational or hybrid programs.

• Experience working with global partners or international cohorts.
