Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions to clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP Development for HANA-based applications, acting as the primary point of contact for clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to analyze business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP HANA Cloud Platform. - Solid understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), BAPIs, and IDOCs. - Experience with SAP development tools, including Eclipse, SAP HANA Studio, and SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio. - Experience with SAP integration technologies, including SAP Process Integration (PI) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
