- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and full physical inventory counts.

Uses various applications

SAP

Matreq/matreturns, shipdoc/shipout/  cycle counts, sap and packtrack ,, basic MS office programs


-Material Handling: Safely move materials to designated storage areas and production lines using appropriate equipment ( pallet jacks, carts , lift tables )

Process orders


- Data Entry: Enter inventory data into the company's inventory management system (SAP), ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Conduct internal /external audits.

Communication
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor.
- Stock Organization: Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring materials are stored properly and labeled correctly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers,  cycle counts
- Communication: Coordinate with other departments (e.g., purchasing, production, shipping, and all of MOG   department) to ensure smooth operations and resolve any inventory-related issues.



 Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent;

- Experience:

previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.

Experience with SAP 

Experience using an RF scanner

Internal/external audits

Experience using Excel, creating graphs


- Skills:

Required skills.

Proficiency in SAP for inventory management task

Bin moves

Updating material Master files

In addition to performing all responsibilities of basic material handling: Assigned to a specialized function with high level of responsibility and ownership such as receiving, service counter, warehousing, plant wide and chemical/gas warehousing. May be assigned to a major customer area such as Administration, Manufacturing, or Plant Operations. Involved in developing and testing new programs/improvements within assigned area and providing input and feedback regarding said programs/improvements. Performs data collection and reporting, generates activity-based reports of key service indicators within area of specialty. Conducts customer training on systems issues; performs on the job training and formal classroom training for new material handlers.
