THE ROLE
 
The Automation & CRM Analyst is responsible for identifying, analysing, and driving Automation and CRM improvement initiatives. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, proactively identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable requirements.
The Analyst collaborates with Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions, ensures quality through testing and validation, and supports the continuous evolution of Automation and CRM processes.
