This Specialist provides support to both global and regional corporate direction by conducting research and data analytics. This role contributes to projects aimed at stablishing new revenue streams, managing risk, creating newsletter, and developing business intelligence reports and strategic opportunities.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of Strategic Initiatives, developing and updating progress, Action Plans, KPIs and Business Cases.

  • Develop corporate milestones with stronger strategy management governance.

  • Conduct research and data analysis to enable business decisions.

  • Support executive presentations for Regional and Global committees: Executive Committee, Strategic Committee, etc.

  • Develop management reports and processes that facilitate decisions based on accurate data and clear communication.

  • Monitor company and industry information.

  • Use Power BI for data management and business intelligence.

  • Lead the Risk Management process for interacting with Americas and Global Region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Business, Economics, Actuarial or Engineering field.

  • Experience in Business Areas, Economic or Project Management activities, conducting research and data analysis.

  • Knowledge of Corporate, Macroeconomics, Product Lifecycle and Program Management.

  • Experience in Mid and Long – Term Plan / Strategic Planning process either in a functional or country role.

  • Desirable experience in Automotive Industry.

  • Fluent English language both written and oral.

  • Power BI skills.

  • Experience in handling statistical tools.

  • MS Office Proficient.

  • Solid skills for Executive / High impact presentations.

  • Nice to have certification in Scrum / Agile.

  • Pragmatic and analytical.

  • Team player: Very good oral/written communications and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.

  • Negotiation skills.

  • Must be very hands on, proactive and with strong driver to deliver.

  • Ability to set priorities and coordinate simultaneous tasks.

  • Able to demonstrate personal initiative, professional integrity and diplomacy.
