About the Team:

The Projects & Problem Solving Team is focused on driving continuous improvement, transformation, and simplification. Acting as an effective PMO, the team delivers initiatives across the People & Culture function and the wider organization where initiatives have a focus on people experience.


About the Role:

The People Projects Manager, reports to the Director of Projects & Problem Solving and will be responsible for managing and overseeing the execution of people-related initiatives and improvement projects, such as creating and upgrading resources, processes, tools and people practices utilized by the People & Culture function or companywide.


What will your daily job look like?:

This is a role for a dynamic project manager with experience operating in a fast-paced, global environment and will involve:

  • Simultaneous management of multiple projects and/or problem-solving sprints, end to end, encompassing comms and change management activities
  • Using data to identify improvement areas or opportunities which are aligned with strategic priorities and feeding these into the PMO for prioritisation and resourcing
  • Presenting recommended solutions to identified problem areas, from a suite of considered solutions which are coherent with project or sprint outcomes
  • Proactive reporting on project and sprint progress into project owners, sponsors and the PMO
  • Continuous contribution to the community of practice, through knowledge/best practice sharing, underpinned by commitment to growth mindset, learning and initiative

  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, building relationships across teams and effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels to achieve shared goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to growth mindset and knowledge sharing, consistently contributing to best practices and process enhancements within the organization.

Please note that this is a fixed-term role covering a parental leave absence.
