This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

What you'll get to do...

As part of GoDaddy Registry Development team, you will be working in a collaborative Agile team that is committed to developing outstanding products. You will have an active role in developing and building software that runs a number of top-level domains that we handle and also working on current technologies provided through Amazon Web Services.

  • Design, maintain, and operate critical infrastructure in cloud environments
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment by attending stand-ups, weekly iteration planning, retrospectives, and showcases
  • Achieve successful implementation of high-quality software by bringing to bear tried technologies and methodologies

Your experience should include...

  • 1+ years experience with AWS Products/Services
  • Proficiency in Java 17+ and cloud-based development environments
  • Experience with Unit testing and TDD principles
  • Knowledge of database technologies, including Oracle and PostgreSQL
  • Experience working in Agile environment and participate in all aspects of Agile process
  • Strong technical communication skills

You might also have...

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent degree
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools
  • Understanding of Continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) models
