Summary: As a manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue generation through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing client relationships. You will lead the team in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities: • Partner with leadership and senior managers to assess client’s needs and develop tailored sales strategies. • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies, including market analysis, competitor research, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans, to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. • Conduct sales forecasting and pipeline analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop actionable insights and recommendations for sales strategy optimization. • Develop and maintain sales reporting mechanisms, including dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics, to track sales performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to leadership. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales strategies with overall business objectives. • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team. • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to sales strategy and reporting, and incorporate new insights into client deliverables Professional & Technical Skills: • Master's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field. • Experience of 10-15 years in consulting sales management, SaaS product sales or related fields preferred. • Preferred institutes – for example, XLRI, IMs, XIMB Must Have Skills: o Sales Talent management o Workplace Technology Solutions o Delivery Excellence o Pricing Analytics and Modelling Additional Information: • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Talent management solutions to clients. • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth and success. • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to drive project success.
