Are you a seasoned construction estimator or an Accubid whiz? Take your expertise to the next level! We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and work directly with our clients, implementing and training them on our cutting-edge solutions.

This role is integral for ensuring clients successfully adopt and implement Trimble MEP's estimating products, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and retention through effective onboarding and training.

Role Overview:

• Position: Implementation Specialist - Estimating

• Reporting To: Senior Manager, Consulting Services

• Focus: Trimble MEP product expertise, client software onboarding, implementation, and success

Measure of Success:

• Enhance product adoption and retention from post-sale onwards

• Encourage client implementation of MEP’s estimating products to boost time-to-value, reduce churn, and enhance retention

• Cultivate dynamic collaborations across sales, systems engineering, product development, and other teams to boost customer satisfaction through technology

• Exhibit well-organized, self-directed team player traits, openness to new ideas, and strong relationship-building skills with clients

Responsibilities:

• Part of a team that motivates clients to implement a product in MEP’s  estimating family of products

• Conduct ‘Welcome’ phone meetings and explain the onboarding journey to clients

• Help clients create an implementation plan and schedule

• Responding to client questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner via phone, chat or email 

• Perform Installation of Program, tools and integration with 3rd party applications

• Review client objectives and develop an implementation plan that caters to the needs of their company

• Identify, quantify and perform data modifications when situations merit it

• Document bugs for development and enhancements for Product management review

• Handle escalated client issues by liaising with training and development when needed.

• Creating/approving Knowledge base articles

• Present & promote value of Professional Services to prospective clients

• Act as the client’s sole contact during implementation

• Conduct & participate in discovery meetings to help implementation fit the expectations charter

• Completely update all client communications in Salesforce or appropriate CRM

• Help clients prepare scope documentation

• Coordinate and manage all Product Onboarding activities, events and tasks

• Communicate client issues to the Senior Mgr, Consulting Services

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MEP estimating platforms.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent time management skills to meet aggressive goals and objectives.

• Preferred strong project management skills.

• Minimum of a 2-year college or technical institute diploma in construction, MEP trade, or engineering fields.

About Your Location - if Hybrid

Under a flexible work arrangement (hybrid), this resource primarily supports the Construction Sector and works collaboratively across the Support, Development, and Product teams. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
