Job Description:
Lead development and execution of commercial strategy of assigned products and/or markets.
What you will do:
1.Lead the Sales Support Representatives area (National Territory) and provide effective guidelines to achieve the quality metrics of the department.
2.Provide support to the Sales Manager with various tasks related to reports, training, presentations and various procedures with the Credit and Operations area.
3.Provide information about the benefits/value offered by Cat Financial and financing quotes, both to distributors and end customers or the company's internal staff.
4.Request and manage documentation requests required by Cat Financial from end customers or through the distributor.
5.Prepare the credit documentation correctly to request its analysis from the corresponding department within Cat Financial.
6.Assist customers and the distributor to resolve their requirements or commercial problems generated.
7.Have understanding and knowledge of: 1) the documents required both for credit analysis and to request contracts 2) merchandising programs 3) quotes 4) collections and 5) the ways to securitize assets through different financial products (Operating Lease, loans) to be able to explain it to clients and dealers.
8.Visit clients and sellers in case the Territory Manager is not available.
9.Participate in projects and initiatives linked to continuous improvement to meet the department's objectives.
10.Understand the company's harassment policy and apply it in all aspects of your work.
What you will have:

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Basic Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree business administration, finance, commercial engineering, economy.
•5+ years of experience in credit, collections, cash applications, customer services, sales, marketing, documentation, financial statements analysis and/or accounting.
•English Advanced
• Experience in leadership with multidisciplinary teams.
•Experience with Dealers
Top candidates will also have:
•Experience with Cat Dealers
• Experience with Credit Analysis.
•Knowledge of commercial law.
