Do work that matters

As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will be designing, creating different ServiceNow HR solutions which contribute to all aspects of the technology products and services we deliver, from technical strategy and design to coding to deployment to operation.

You will have proven experience and expertise in working with other ServiceNow Engineers, and Architects to design, develop, deploy and operate different ServiceNow solutions in HR ecosystem. You will take ownership and accountability of functional and non-functional design and work within a team of Engineers to create innovative solutions that unlock value and benefit CBA employees.

The HR Technology function works in an Agile methodology with our HR business to plan, prioritise and deliver on high value HR & technology objectives with key results that can be experienced by all of our employees.

We are high performing HR squad of ServiceNow DevOps Engineer who are responsible for building and maintaining of enterprise scale ServiceNow HR Platform serving different components across the bank including Portal, Case Management, Integrations.

We’re interested in hearing from people who

  • Pride themselves on their knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HR and Integrations module specialization

  • Have solid hand-on experience in designing, developing and supporting multiple ServiceNow solutions.

  • Pride themselves on translating requirements into technical designs, aligning with ServiceNow leading best practices

  • Are confident establishing controls for products to align on standard processes and drive successful release.

  • Can deliver sound input and decision guidance to drive excellence, quality and performance for an IT service, across one or multiple portfolios.

  • Can practice engineering principles, patterns, standards and guidelines across projects and programmes.

  • Can analyse a wide range of technical data within systems and processes, to anticipate and address problems, or identify improvement opportunities.

Tech Skills

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;   

  • ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Integration implementations

  • SDLC, CI/CD pipeline, Automation, testing, scripting, networking and related technologies

  • ServiceNow portal design, development experience (MID Server integration, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Macros, Service Portal, Employee Center and CMS pages).

  • Web Technology (XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services - REST/SOAP, AngularJS, JSON, etc.), full stack design, development and administration experience an advantage

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Development tools, including Studio,Flow Designer, Script Debugger, UI Builder, ATF, Performance Analytics and Integration Hub.

  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources (CIS-HR) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)

  • Basic knowledge of different systems such as Workday, AWS.
