At the heart of the internal GSCL Change and Communication Team is the mission to foster adoption, connection, and deep understanding of the supply chain strategy. We are dedicated to crafting compelling narratives and engagement strategies that resonate across our diverse workforce, driving alignment and propelling the success of our supply chain facilities. Joining the GSCL Change and Communications team means taking on a pivotal role where you'll translate strategic imperatives into actionable communication plans within GSCL.
This new role will have accountability for end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization for GSCL large meetings such as Spring Meeting, Target Together, Partner Summit, and more.
The role will serve as the foundation for meeting organization, logistics, and seamless communication and liaising with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for partners, maintaining a detailed awareness of all CFT aspects, strategic communication, data management & reporting, process optimization & problem solving, while proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks.
This is an exciting step to further advance our S&O capabilities in support of our GSCL team and culture.

About you:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of Target credit knowledge and knowledge of relevant systems
Ability to effectively partner with various levels, leaders and teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to distill complex topics into clear and concise explanations.
Ability to flex schedule to meet the demands of the business; some travel
Experience in high pressure situations and working with tight deadlines.
Strong bias for action and drive for results with the ability to handle multiple issues at once and effectively prioritize
