Job Description Summary:
The HR Immigration & Compliance Specialist is responsible for managing immigration-related processes and ensuring compliance with federal and state employment regulations. This role serves as a liaison between internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and government agencies to support visa sponsorships, maintain documentation, and uphold organizational compliance standards.Responsibilities And Duties:
Coordinate with immigration counsel on sponsorship applications (e.g., H-1B, TN, PERM).Minimum Qualifications:
