In your role as Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Supply Chain you will be responsible to drive operation performance and asset efficiency improvement within our Supply Chain organization by providing actionable insights through utilization of analytics, statistical modeling and (data) visualization.

Tasks

  • Apply expertise in big data analytics and statistical modeling to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in supply chain planning outcome and operational performance. Build and maintain methodology and tools for ongoing analysis.
  • Build (data) model based on understanding of business operations to identify improvement levers and opportunities across our global supply chain organization.
  • Utilize Power BI or other data visualization tools to facilitate insight discovery.
  • Prepare reports on trends, patterns, and predictions and propose recommendations for action to leadership team.
  • Develop business analytics process and tools that enable the identification, prioritization, and justification of improvement programs that optimize our global supply chain performance.
  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of a consolidated set of dashboard and scorecard for the Global Supply Chain organization.
  • Drive projects and initiatives designed to improve global (data) transparency throughout E2E Supply Chain across different regions.
  • Assist in the development of analytical capabilities for the entire supply chain organization by identifying best-in-class practices, required skillsets and capabilities, developing, and implementing training programs.

Profile

  • Successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics, computer science, engineering, supply chain or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a functional or operational analyst role, preferably within Supply Chain.
  • Prior experience as a manager or senior manager in a consultancy firm or corporate experience within a multinational organization
  • Strong capability in processing and analyzing large amount of data is a must.
  • Experience with Python and other scripting languages and tools (R, SQL, Spark) for Data Analysis purposes.
  • Capability to build dashboards with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Proven track record in value generation through self-developed analytical models.
  • CPSM, PMP, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams in multinational corporations with a matrix structure.
  • Additional education, training, or certification in supply chain and/or analytics from online courses or professional organizations is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to understand business user requirements and work with IT/data management to acquire necessary data.
  • High language proficiency in English (spoken & written).
