What you'll do...

The Senior Technology Operations position is a critical leader in shaping the customer site experience, overseeing everything from visual services merchandising to content strategy to site functionality and online events and campaign planning & execution. You will drive impact, improvement, and innovation to create a truly frictionless online shopping experience and help our eCommerce business; Manages one or more work streams for the eCommerce Operations Execution organization by designing and implementing project plans, organizing timelines and deliverables; facilitating meetings involving stakeholder teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives; recommending appropriate operational processes; communicating project status, details, timelines, and available resources; planning and executing resource allocation; finalizing, approving, and delivering projects; taking corrective action as necessary to drive project results. Manages activities and projects that offset operational expenses and mitigate loss; applying business measures and analyses to identify improvement opportunities; analyzing and interpreting information by using various analytical methodologies for one or more initiative work streams to improve business efficiency; developing creative solutions within business areas that reduce costs and meet business goals; using judgment to prioritize assignments; and ensuring data accuracy

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Owning business outcomes: Be directly responsible for identifying and actioning expansion opportunities for our biggest bets in new business models. Execute on scaling newly launched strategic initiatives critical to FCHW growth that will set Walmart Marketplace as an industry leader.
  • Building strategic relationships: Maximizing relationships with new and existing internal and external stakeholders. Build effective ways of working across teams and drive collaboration and coordination across functions.
  • Becoming an invaluable strategic partner to internal stakeholders: You’ll advise on and partner with various internal teams to improve processes, identify opportunities, and scale best practice and governance, driving continual assessment and improvement of the site’s strategic direction and execution.
  • Operating with excellence: Identify opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles and improve business processes. Consistently deliver excellence, have the ability to present to all levels, and champion timeliness during a project lifecycle with key partners.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
