Job Description:

HR Business Partner

Works directly with employees and management to onboard, train and develop Human Resources within assigned, designated departments.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position 
  • Demonstrates the ability to operate applicable office equipment
  • Demonstrates effective skills in oral and written communication
  • Exhibits the ability to deal effectively interdepartmentally and with the public
  • Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision
  • Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
  • Must be able to work in a high paced, multi-tasking environment

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES

  • Valid Oregon driver’s license
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (may substitute 5 years progressive, recent HR experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree)
  • Human Resource related certification preferred
  • Basic medical terminology preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • Three (3) years Human Resource experience
  • Two (2) years recruiting experience preferred
