Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and BI engineers to support pipeline projects with data analysis, data modeling, data visualization, and data quality.

• Define and implement data strategies and best practices to ensure the reusability, reliability, and scalability of data across the organization.

• Collaborate with information consumers, project managers, engineers, and business leaders to understand the data needs and requirements with pipeline data business context.

• Use BI tools such as spotfire, Power BI, or Thoughtspot to create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations for pipeline projects.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of data insights and solutions on pipeline projects and business outcomes.

• Identify and resolve data issues and gaps and ensure data quality and compliance with data governance policies and standards.

• Research and evaluate new data technologies and trends and provide recommendations for data innovation and improvement.

• Design and Drive implementation and operations management of KPI driver trees and lineage with data assets

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in data analysis, BI engineering, data management, or data science.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and solutions for pipeline projects.

• Proficient in SQL and Python/R and familiar with data platforms such as Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Expertise in BI tools and ability to create and maintain dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.

• Experience in leading and managing BI teams and projects and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of pipeline project management and user experience design principles and practices is a plus
