Shift: This role is 5th Shift, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $28.45 an hour

We have openings at our Menomonie, WI food manufacturing facility! You will learn to operate our Pudding lines which produce Swiss Miss and Hunts Snack Pack pudding and gels cupped snack products. No previous experience required. Full training will be provided! You will report to our Pudding Department Manager.

JOB Responsibilities (INCLUDE):

  • Perform job with utmost Caution and Safety. Ensure no Safety incidents to Self or Others
  • You will safely Operate and perform all processes associated with assigned equipment and systems ensuring product quality which meets established standards
  • You will safely Manage and perform all workflow of assigned equipment and processes including completion of required quality checks, data verification, sanitation, lubrication, changeovers, and communicating material needs ensuring supply
  • Perform required support responsibilities (includes):
  • Stocking/supplying proper materials
  • Remove waste materials
  • Perform sanitation as assigned
  • Relieve for breaks
  • Shift-to-shift communication handoff
  • Complete all required testing, information checks, CIP/SIP, general adjustments and associated paperwork.
  • Perform preventive and ongoing maintenance, lubrication, calibration, and other tasks per work order requests on all equipment.
  • May participate in structured Maintenance/Technical training
  • Report abnormalities of equipment as they arise.
  • Participate in CPS (ConAgra Performance System), TPM and AMD (Autonomous Manufacturing Development)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team
  • Cross-train as Crew Coordinator, where assigned
  • Follow direction set by Crew Coordinator, Process Improvement Tech, and Cell Planner
  • Regular, Reliable attendance is necessary
  • Responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS/PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated Excellent Safety Performance. Accident/Incident-free behavior.
  • Contribute to and support a team environment
  • Follow detail, prioritize tasks and work in a proactive manner
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude/experience
  • Work overtime and adjust work schedules
