Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

The Shipping and Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination of all aspects of shipping and logistics from the Sidney, Ohio location.

• Prepare and print material pick lists.
• Identify special shipping terms, sea freight, export, etc. on pick list.
• Assist customers with CFP’s.
• Work with sales for orders on hold.
• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Ladings.
• Collect proof-of-delivery and shipping documentation, storing in document management system.
• Administer data collection system.
• Coordinate and make arrangements for trucks, small package shipments, etc.
• Assist vendors with preparation of commercial documents for deliveries.
• Provide quotations and estimated weights/dimensions for future shipments.
• Track and trace shipments/verify deliveries.

• Other duties as assigned by manager.
