Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Routine communication with Operations (Billing & Costing Agent).
• Entering invoicing and references in the accounting module.
• Follow up on the revision/correction of differences in costs and shipment references.
• Contact suppliers to correct and follow up on pending or erroneous documentation.
• Coordinate invoice processing dates with the accounting supervisor
• Support / backup for the rest of the staff in case of emergencies

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
• Eye for detail, and accuracy is imperative.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Spanish/English both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:

• 2+ years of experience in related field.

Physical Requirements:

• Remain in a stationary/seated position for an extended period.
• Regularly required to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and other office machinery.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds.
