We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Affiliate Operation Manager who will oversee and optimize our existing affiliate programs while developing new ones. The main focus of this position is to work closely with our affiliate network, ensuring seamless operations and driving performance. A significant part of the role involves internal collaboration with various departments to provide affiliates with the necessary assets and tools to drive more users to Binance.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have an analytical mindset, proven experience in affiliate marketing, and excellent communication skills, both internally and externally. Binance has a vast affiliate network, and we are looking for someone who can bring additional value and outperform competitors in attracting and retaining top affiliates.
