Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with key stakeholders in finance, operations, implementation, and technology to analyze key operations and improve productivity
Evaluating current business processes and identifying potential areas for improvement
Gathering insights about issues that need resolving or processes that can be improved
Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
Recommending organizational changes, such as new systems or procedures
Influence stakeholders to support business projects
Assist with project management for selected projects
Test business processes and recommend improvements
Map processes for business and technology teams as required
Identify automation opportunities
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance
Process uploads, renewals, 834 file feeds, and portal requests
Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
Develop and maintain reporting tools
Perform quality assurance tasks
Training and coaching staff members as required

Skills and Experience:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Analyst
Understanding of organizational dataflow
Ability to draw business conclusions from observing reports, dashboards, and first-hand experience
Basic knowledge process documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Excel
Working in Agile teams is helpful, but not required
Experience with VBA and SQL are helpful, but not required
Previous experience working in an Agile environment is helpful, but not required
Prior experience with HealthPAC, Ease, and Employee Navigator is helpful
This is a hybrid position, with on-site days at our office in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. A fully remote option may be available for qualified candidates.
Pay Details:
Annual Salary: $62,000 - $72,000Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
