Job Description
As a Federal Proposal Assistant, you will support the organization’s marketing services and technical teams in positioning the firm to win work and strengthen Olsson’s brand. This role primarily supports the Federal Market and provides an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of federal proposals, qualifications, and strategic marketing in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
You will contribute to a wide range of marketing activities by following established guidelines. Under the guidance of senior marketing and proposal staff, responsibilities may include supporting proposal development and interview strategies, coordinating conferences and client events, assisting with award submissions, gathering client insights, and conducting market research.
