Job Summary:

Under close supervision, this position is responsible for performing a variety of routine tasks to facilitate the relocation program efforts for employee internal transfers and external new hires. The incumbent works closely with the Talent Acquisition Relocation Team and provides administrative support for day-to-day relocation program efforts

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate communications and distribute benefits information to new relocating individuals
  • Process directly billed invoices from vendors (via Workday)
  • Provide exceptional customer service in the relocation process for both internal promotions and external new hire moves
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates, hiring managers and, people team COE partners on relocation policies and procedures
  • Create material and co-facilitate on all relocation team education materials and presentations, within relocation team and across leadership levels and business units
  • Conduct job duties in a compliant manner, incorporating the principles of equal employment opportunity

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 6+ months of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Psychology, or related field, with 1-2 years of experience, education, and training.
  • Ability to act professionally
  • Ability to be both flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to communicate effectively through all mediums
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Experience coordinating events and managing logistics
  • Experience in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with report compilation
  • Experience working in a customer service job
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient active listening skills
  • Willingness to help others

Compensation:

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
