About the Opportunity

As a Business Analysis Manager, you'll have the exciting opportunity to engage with data at the core of a global organization. As part of OKX's team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring data quality and integrity, facilitating data requests for audits, exams, and comprehensive analysis of customer profiles, transaction activity, and financial data. Your contributions will directly enhance operational effectiveness by creating and maintaining advanced analytics tools, designing strategies to transform data into actionable insights, and building automated performance dashboards to provide transparency into Compliance processes.
 
You'll have the chance to map and optimize the data architecture, develop deep insights and root cause analysis for Compliance teams, and collaborate across diverse teams including product, engineering, data science, marketing, and finance. This role also offers the opportunity to refine your data visualization skills by creating dynamic dashboards and continuously improving the data pipeline. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Facilitate internal/external data requests for all OKX global entities to assure quality and data integrity for external audits and exams, and to provide analysis on customer profiles, transaction activity and company financial data
  • Creating and maintaining operational and tools analytics in support of our operational effectiveness and tuning the efficiency of our tools
  • Design and implement analytics strategies to convert data into actionable business intelligence
  • Build and automate key performance dashboards and metrics reporting for all Compliance processes to display insights and provide transparency about our customers and our platform
  • Map all required data points to understand the current data architecture and seek improvements, where necessary
  • Assist in defining, and developing deep insights and root cause analysis for our Compliance teams
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, data science, marketing, business development, finance and our customers to help build and continuously improve the data pipeline
  • Hone your skills on data visualization to create and maintain automated dashboards

What We Look For In You:

  • Proficiency in database management systems like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
  • Experience in developing data analytics solutions or machine learning models for compliance
  • Experience in design, development and implementation of data analytics solutions using Python and data visualization tools such as Power BI / Amplitude / Tableau.
  • Knowledge of KYC, AML, Travel Rules, Inside Trading, and different states' compliance policy is a big plus
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (strongly preferred)

  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL.

Okcoin Statement:
The salary range for this position is $101,370 to $190,814. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
