1. 5 to 7 years experience in ITSM, CMDB, TNI or HAM and/or ITOM development and support projects
2. Experience in ATF, ITSM, CMDB, Manual Testing, ETL, Integrations Hub, TNI, HAM, ITOM, Workspace, Flow Designer and/or Change Management
3. Experience in working in ServiceNow projects with indepth knowledge and hands-on
4. Good communication skills
5. Good working experience in automation and CI initiatives

Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves managing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes overseeing the configuration processes, managing system integrations, and coordinating software releases. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solutions remain stable, perform efficiently, and comply with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of software configuration and release management processes.
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations between various software systems.
- Ability to establish and maintain platform standards that ensure system stability and performance.
- Familiarity with cloud-based software delivery models and vendor management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
