About the team:

The Corporate Systems team at FIS is a dedicated group of professionals responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. They are involved in various meetings and events, such as VITS 2024 and Tech Talks, and discussions about topics like AI, Agile, and Microsoft 365

What you will be doing:

• Office 365 Administration, upgrading the infra to the latest version, working on INC, remediating vulnerabilities.
• Defines business requirements for the organization’s email and messaging solutions involving working with end-users to develop specifications.
• Performs installation, configuration, administration, maintenance and support of email and messaging products, such as Microsoft Exchange and BlackBerry Server.
• Evaluates and recommends associated hardware and software solutions based on the business requirements and user needs.
• Ensures optimum access to 24x7 email and messaging environment and integration among email and messaging systems.
• Provides technical support on email/messaging-related issues.
• Prepares documentation that will assist in administration and maintenance of the email and messaging environment.
• May serve as an internal consultant to developers, assisting them in the area of WANs, LANs and telecommunications concepts as they relate to email and messaging systems.

What you bring:

• Knowledge and skill in MS Exchange deployed utilizing Microsoft clustering and SAN storage in a data center environment
• Knowledge and skill in MS Windows operating system in clustered server environments
• Knowledge and skill in SMTP mail routing, IIS, DNS, Sendmail, Linux and Active Directory
• Skill and experience in managing MS Exchange in a clustered environment, MS SharePoint Portal environments and Lotus Domino environments
• Skill and experience in designing and deploying MS Exchange environments for a large corporation
• Skill and experience converting a large corporation from one messaging system to another, upgrading to a major version, e.g., Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000 and migrating to new operating platforms, e.g., NT4 to Windows 2000 Server
• Skill in messaging automation and scripting
• Skill and experience in a corporation with international users
• Right attitude towards work and a team player
