Position Overview

ZEISS Vision Care is seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as Lead Program Management . This pivotal role combines strategic thinking, operational execution, and stakeholder collaboration to drive key initiatives and ensure the seamless functioning of our sales and customer development operations.

As a Lead Program Management, you will lead high-impact projects, analyze business performance, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making and accelerate growth. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

•             Drive critical sales and customer development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

•             Develop and execute strategies to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes.

•             Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to accelerate business performance.

Project Management

•             Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and accountability across teams.

•             Establish clear frameworks and KPIs to monitor progress and success.

•             Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to achieve project goals.

Operational Excellence

•             Streamline and manage regular business reviews, including preparing high-quality presentations and reports.

•             Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and alignment across teams.

•             Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Data Analysis & Insights

•             Analyze business performance metrics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.

•             Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

•             Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and drive accountability.

Stakeholder Collaboration

•             Build strong relationships across teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

•             Facilitate effective communication and alignment among stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

•             Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across the organization.

Education & Experience

•             MBA from a premium business school with 4-6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, sales operations, or business management roles.

Skills & Competencies

•             Analytical Expertise: Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

•             Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth.
