RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:    

Responsible for daily production execution within the BA production area.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

•    Ability to use hand tools such as screwdriver, tape machine, etc.
•    Able to lift product up to 50 pounds. 
•    Has common knowledge of production assembly, manual dexterity a is must. 
•    Required to stand for long periods of time (entire shift).
•    Able to follow assembly instructions and pre-established guidelines to preform job functions.
•    Able to work under general supervision. 
•    Mount, adjust, screw and nail in place large parts such as frames, brackets, etc. weighing 30 lbs. or more on average.
•    Manage assembly time to ensure completion of assigned projects within specified time frame. 
•    Ensuring all parts are put together per specified instructions.
•    Inspecting and testing the equipment prior to shift start.
•    Verifying correct quantities of parts and checking completed items to ensure quality is met.
•    Managing parts inventory within the work area.
•    Maintaining clean work areas and following detailed instructions in order to meet daily production goals

REQUIREMENTS:
Education:      High School Diploma preferred

Experience:    6 months of electronic assembly production experience preferred but not required
    
Certifications:    As Requested

Skills:        Basic computer skills, excellent ability to work in a group setting, ability to  perform basic arithmetic calculations

Systems:    N/A

Languages:    Bilingual in English / Spanish
