The starting date and internship duration are negotiable, but preferably early January. We expect you to be able to allocate at least 4 days weekly to contribute to Bolt’s operations in the Netherlands.

As an Operations Intern at Bolt, you'll play a vital role in supporting our business operations in the Netherlands. This internship offers a hands-on experience where you'll be involved in various aspects of our operations, contributing to our growth, quality, and compliance efforts.

You will be part of a small team in the Netherlands that plays a direct role in shaping the future of mobility and will receive a monthly compensation of €800. We have an amazing office in the Adam Tower, and expect you to work mostly from the office - with views all over Amsterdam.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Learning what it takes to drive efficient high-volume operations by supporting all Bolt's business operations in the Netherlands</point>
  • <point>Finding resolutions and responding to driver issues and questions both in-person and over email promptly</point>
  • <point>Verifying, maintaining, organizing, and auditing driver and vehicle documentation</point>
  • <point>Supporting the local operations teams in local initiatives that contribute to supply growth, quality, and compliance</point>
  • <point>Analyzing data – you will monitor our engagement, quality, and utilization metrics and ensure a great experience for our users and drivers.</point>
  • <point>Creating and optimizing processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations.</point>
