About the Role:

As Lyra boldly transforms access to evidence-based mental health care around the world, we are seeking a visionary and agile builder to lead our Performance Enablement and Leadership Development function;  You will architect the content and systems to enable sustainable high performance and facilitate a culture of continual learning and growth for Lyrians across all parts of our business and support our distributed teams across more than 20 countries. 

Success in this role will create an integrated ecosystem where expectations are clear, accountability is high, support is effective, and growth is continuous.
